Tim Kenney is a graduate of Calvert Hall High School class of 1998 and Mount Saint Mary’s University class of 2002 where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business with a Marketing Concentration.
Tim began his Real Estate Career in 2004 as a Sales and Marketing Associate with Ryan Homes. From 2005-2006, after being promoted to Community Sales and Marketing Manager, Tim successfully produced over 20 million dollars in Sales volume and completed over 60 closed transactions.
The Kenney Real Estate Group was founded in 2007 and operates under the Real Estate Brokerage of Cummings and Co. Realtors. Our Team Specializes in assisting buyers and sellers throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. Paige is a graduate of Notre Dame Prep class of 1999 and Mount St. Mary’s University class of 2003 where she achieved a Bachelors Degree in Business.
In 2003, Paige began her career as a Sales and Marketing Associate with Ryan Homes where she was trained in the areas of Building, Land Development and Subdivision. In 2005, Paige was promoted to Community Sales and Marketing Manager where she became an immediate success producing over $16 million dollars in Volume in her first full year.
Following her success with Ryan Homes, Paige took on the challenge as the Sales and Marketing Manager of “The Towns at Locust Point”-- a 72 home waterfront subdivision built by Ruppert Homes in Southeast Baltimore City. After two years of success with Ruppert Homes, Paige joined the Kenney Real Estate Group to meet the needs of the growing client base.
With more than 4 years of New Home Sales Experience and over 40 million dollars in career sales volume, Paige adds a strong dynamic to the Kenney Real Estate Team.

Beth is a graduate of Severna Park High School class of 1998 and Syracuse University class of 2002 with a B.S. degree in Marketing and a minor in Nutrition.
During 2002 at SU, Beth began her real estate career at Ryan Homes as a Sales and Marketing Associate and continued with the company selling homes primarily in Baltimore County and Howard County winning several awards along the way. Due to her immediate success, she was promoted to sales trainer and manager of sales training in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia. Now with over 8 years of experience in the industry, Beth has joined The Kenney Real Estate Group with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to a constantly growing client base.

Mark is a graduate of Towson high school class of 2001 and Towson University class of 2005 where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Management.
Mark began his Real Estate Career in 2005 with Ryan Homes as a Sales and Marketing Associate. After being promoted to community Sales and Marketing Representative, Mark Sold upwards of 30 Million in gross sales volume. Mark also spent a good portion of his career with Ryan homes in the field as a project supervisor. Learning both sales and production of home building, Mark has a well rounded knowledge of the Real Estate industry.
Mark joined the Kenny Real Estate group in 2009 and is focused on serving his client base with his industry knowledge and exceptional customer service.
Mark and his wife Kate live in Lutherville, where they can be found often times at the gym or walking to friendly’s to get ice cream. Mark is devoted to helping buyers and sellers in Baltimore, Harford, Carol and Howard Counties as well as Baltimore City.
