- This letter is to describe the experience I had with Tim Kenney as he worked with my wife and I to purchase a home. We relocated to the Baltimore area from another state. The time frame for our first couple of house hunting trips was limited.
Tim worked around our limited time frame by communicating with us by telephone and email. We let Tim know the price ranges we wanted to look at and area where we desired to live. When we arrived in Baltimore Tim was prepared to make the best use of the time we had. There were a couple of specific houses we found on the local real estate web sites that we wanted to see. Tim would meet us with information on the type of housing we wanted to see. Tim always came prepared with information on each property he intended to show us. He made the house hunting easier because he came with a clipboard for each person with all of the information for the houses we were going to look at.
When we did decide on a home Tim continued his good service through the closing. During the negotiating and closing phases Tim was fully involved. He promptly dealt with any questions or issues that arose.
I would recommend Tim for any of your Real Estate needs. I view Tim as a knowledgeable professional that works aggressively for his clients.

When my boyfriend and I saw that our dream home (directly across from Camden Yards) was for sale we knew we had to at least go to the open house. Immediately we fell in love. However, as first time home buyers, we had absolutely no clue where how to even get the ball rolling on trying to purchase the home. Not to mention I had just graduated from dental school so money was also a huge issue.

Now that the money situation was taken care of, Tim got to work with our bid and negotiating with the seller.
Before we knew it we were at the settlement table. To be perfectly honest, I expected to be a hot mess at settlement, but much to my surprise, settling was more like hanging out at the pub with the guys than a serious legal transaction.
Tim makes everyone around him feel extremely comfortable and confident. I’m still amazed that he made what I thought was impossible happen in less than a month. If it wasn’t for Tim’s hard work and his amazing referrals my boyfriend and I would still be throwing money away in rent and watching someone else live in our dream home. We honestly couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t recommend Tim’s services more.

- Aimee and I had found our dream home! Our next step was to sell our townhouse. Tim Kenney was our agent for selling the townhouse. We met with him on June 1st, 2008. He made suggestions of how to effectively sell our house, from pricing to de-cluttering some of our rooms and garage to touching up paint on some of the walls. We were in constant contact with Tim as we prepared our house, listening to his advice along the way, and were ready to showcase the home by June 19th. - I wanted to take this opportunity to put into writing some details of my experience dealing with Tim Kenney as a buyer’s agent in my first real estate purchase. Tim is so knowledgeable about the Baltimore City market, I immediately felt at ease with him. He never pressured me to begin actively searching for my new home until I was truly ready. Once we began looking, Tim was available to take my calls/ questions any day of the week. If I could not reach him on the first try, he would always return my call promptly. I called Tim, and he handled the situation, telling me not to worry about it anymore. I received an email within 24 hours when everything was resolved!

- When I began to consider buying a house in Baltimore City, a family friend suggested that I work with Tim Kenney, as he knew the city neighborhoods well and was a respected agent in the area. Therefore, I contacted Tim and we worked together to establish criteria for my house search. After I indicated where I would be interested in looking, Tim presented me with about 10 houses that he suggested we visit.
As we looked at several houses, I could tell that Tim started to develop a better idea of what I was looking to buy. Tim knew of a house in Locust Point that was not on the original list he sent me, but was sure I would like to see based on my comments about other houses we had seen. Tim made a quick call and we were able to tour the house. He was also very patient with me and took the time to explain each step of the buying process so I thoroughly understood. This was especially important to me, since I was a first time home buyer. I also felt very comfortable having Tim represent me and my views to the seller’s agent and the sellers. Tim was a great resource in negotiating the selling price of the house and also the addendum to the contract.
Overall, Tim is an excellent agent. He is a motivated and eager individual, whose priority is to find the best possible house for his clients’ that meets or exceeds their expectations. I would recommend Tim to any of my friends and family, as I think he represents others well and is an asset to have on your side in the buying process.
